The antique, restricted 2022 Lamborghini Countach brings back an iconic name from the history of supercars.

The redesigned wedge removes the large rear wing and pop-up headlamps that decorated it in its last years.

According to Lamborghini, this engine will enable it to reach 62 mph in 2.8 second and a top speed of 221 mph.

Although it is a homologation of a company's other hypercars, the replica is surprisingly accurate.

The starting price of the new Countach is $2.64 million. Of fact, this is only the base price; given Lamborghini's wide list of features and customized choices

Together with the large gas engine, a tiny electric motor and a supercapacitor provide a total of 802 horsepower.

The company's boasts that the Countach will accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 2.8 second and exceed 124 mph in 8.4 second don't seem too far-fetched given that it purportedly weighs 3516 pounds dry.

Additionally, Lamborghini claims that its top speed is 221 mph. 20-inch front wheels and 21-inch rear wheels are standard on every Countach.

While a Countach's exterior remarkably resembles that of its predecessor, the interior is unmistakably more contemporary.

The inside of the variant that Lamborghini introduced to the public in red and black is the only distinguishing element from the future.

The Countach's cabins can be altered to suit the preferences of each customer, but there is no way to make up for the absence of cubby storage.

The Countach's infotainment system, like those in other Lamborghinis, was an afterthought.

The most crucial feature is that it is controlled by an 8.0-inch touchscreen that is vertically oriented and enables users to stream music or listen to radio.
